It asks me to verify my email
Open the email we sent you when you signed up (check your spam folder too). If it did not arrive, has expired or you mistyped your email, you can ask for another one or fix it in My account.
I have used up my listings for the month
They come back every month on the date you signed up (you can see it in My account). If you do not want to wait, there is the 50-listing Pack or Fotolista Pro: .
I am not happy with the suggested price
It is an estimate based on real Vinted prices: adjust it before posting if you know your item better. If it looks wrong, give it a thumbs down and choose "Price": we use that to improve it.
How do I cancel Pro?
On Whop, in your profile → Subscriptions (or from the Whop purchase email). You can cancel any time and you stay Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Billing is handled by Whop. Packs are a one-off payment and their listings never expire. Pro and MAX can be cancelled anytime and stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. Within 14 days of buying you can withdraw and we refund the part you haven't used (terms).
