Questions about the plans.
How does the free Pro trial work?
Your first 3 days of Pro cost nothing and you get up to 20 listings with several photos each. Your card is only for when the trial ends: if you cancel before then, you pay nothing. Otherwise it continues at €4.99 + VAT a month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You cancel from your Whop account in a couple of clicks, with no commitment. You keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for and you are not charged again.
What happens when I use up my 5 free listings?
They come back every month, counting from the day you signed up. If you do not want to wait, you can buy a pack of 15 or 50 listings, which never expires, or try Pro for free.
What is the difference between Pro and the packs?
Pro is a subscription: 200 listings every month and up to 5 photos per listing. The packs are a one-off payment for 15 or 50 listings with 1 photo each, used once your free ones for the month run out, and they never expire. If you sell every week, Pro is better value; if you only sell now and then, a pack.
Does the yearly plan have a free trial?
No. The yearly plan is paid in one go (€49.99 + VAT) and works out at 2 months free compared with paying monthly, with the same 200 listings a month. If you want to try it first, start with the monthly trial.
Why does the price include VAT?
Because that is what you actually pay. We estimate your country from your device's time zone and show the price with its VAT (20% in the UK, for example). If we can't tell, you see the price without VAT. Whop works out the exact tax from your billing address and shows you the final amount before you confirm.
Billing and subscription management run through Whop. You can cancel anytime from My account: access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Within 14 days of buying you can withdraw and we refund the part you have not used (terms of purchase). Prices are shown with the VAT we estimate for your country (or without VAT when we can't tell); Whop works out the tax from your billing address and shows the exact final amount on the payment screen, before you confirm anything.
