Affiliate programme

Terms of 22 October 2026

If you recommend Fotolista with your affiliate link, you earn part of what the people who arrive through it pay. These are the terms of the programme. By becoming an affiliate you accept them.

1. What you earn

• 30% of every payment (Pro, MAX or a pack) made by the people who arrive through your link, for as long as they keep paying.
• Anyone who arrives through your link gets 20% off their first purchase.
• If a payment is refunded (withdrawal, refund or dispute), no commission is due on it.

2. How it works

• The programme runs on Whop, the platform we use to take payments. That is where you become an affiliate, get your link and see your clicks, sales and earnings.
• Each commission reaches your Whop balance 30 days after the payment, and you withdraw it from Whop. Whop handles your affiliate and payout details under its privacy policy.
• You can also use the link fotolista.es/en/?ref=YOURUSERNAME, with your Whop username.

3. Always say it's an ad

Whenever you recommend Fotolista with your link, in videos, posts, stories, messages or anywhere else, it has to be clear that it's advertising and that you earn a commission. It's a legal requirement (in the UK, the CAP Code; in Spain, article 20 of the LSSI).

• Put "#ad" or "Ad" at the start of the text, or use the platform's branded-content label. In Spanish, "#publi".
• It has to be visible without opening the full text or looking through the hashtags.
• In a video, say it or show it on screen at the start.

4. Rules

• Tell the truth. Describe what Fotolista really does. Don't promise sales, exact prices or results, and don't use made-up screenshots or figures.
• No spam. Don't send mass messages or messages to people who haven't asked. Don't put the link in your Vinted or Wallapop listings: their rules don't allow it.
• Don't pose as Fotolista. Make it clear you're an affiliate, not the brand, and don't create accounts or pages using the Fotolista name.
• No paid ads on our brand. Don't bid on "Fotolista" or similar words on Google, TikTok or other platforms.
• No self-referrals. Don't buy through your own link or create accounts to earn commissions.

If someone breaks these rules, we can end their place in the programme and not pay the commissions on sales that come from those practices.

5. Changes

If we change these terms or the commission rate, we will give at least 30 days' notice. Commissions on payments already made are kept.
